Part Time French Speaking PA to Director of Tour Operator
Spoken French desirable but not essential
Global Flights International (Tour operator) are seeking an experienced PA to work alongside the Managing Director. We are based in Westbourne Park in comfortable modern offices within a short walk from the tube station.
Our company provides both business and leisure travel to corporate and personal clients. We pride ourselves on offering our international clients bespoke itineraries along with a world class service.
Although no travel experience is required, the candidate will have good organization skills and office administration experience to assist the director in various duties. You will be handling all aspects of business and leisure travel and will have the ability to produce accurate documentation with attention to detail and presentation. We offer customer service of the highest standard for which great communication skills are important within the role. You must be enthusiastic, punctual and self-motivated but also be able to work well within a small team.
Strong command of all main computer-related programs (Word, Excel and similar) and good command of the English language are essential (written and spoken). The candidate must also possess good interpersonal skills and impeccable telephone manners.
Working hours will be between 0900- 1730 three times a week and living within easy commute to Westbourne Park is important.
