A new niche Fragrance start up are launching this innovative brand here in the UK.
You would be working closely with the CEO on brand strategy and marketing plans. experience of 6-8 years is essential in the beauty industry and preferably in premium fragrance.  French speaking is essential.
You would be responsible for developing and implementing the Marketing strategy and creating a strong brand content through social media and commerce.
Producing a high level of marketing plan with strong brand story and product development.
Delivering operational marketing, product launch, creative and budgets.
Positioning, packaging, pricing and strong communication with excellent writing skills.  Organise key PR events, monitoring market trends and bench marking.  Provide creative direction with agents and freelancers, and direction on videos web, graphic design products.  Build social media profiles across the board and driving consistent traffic and leads.
