Hi - we are a friendly family looking for a warm, capable French speaking au pair to look after our three lovely kids (1 yr, 4 and 6 years ) in a great house in Kensal Rise. The role is live-in or live-out.
We live in a terraced house with a big garden (w. Trampoline and swing), 2 Mins from Queens Park and a 20 Mins walk from Portobello Road. We have a dog who needs walking if you are dog friendly! If you decide to live-in you would have a lovely double bedroom with its own bathroom in the Loft.
We would need you 35 hours a week, Monday to Thursday, with occasional evening work. Pay will be competitive and in line with your experience.
Here's what you would be doing:
Looking after the baby boy when the girls are at school
Collecting one of the girls from school
Some Housekeeping - tidying the kitchen and kids' areas, making their beds, emptying the dishwasher etc (N.B. We have a cleaner 2 days a week)
Occasional dog walks
Preparing simple, fresh meals for the kids w lots of fruit and veg
Reading books and doing puzzles and art projects with the kids
Occasional sole charge on the weekends when we are away.
We are looking for someone who is warm and trustworthy, who likes being outdoors, playing games with the kids, but is also happy to keep the kitchen and the kids' rooms really tidy and generally help out with the family.
