In the past 2 years we've launched in 3 international locations and provided hundreds of thousands of massages to customers in need of a treat.
THE ROLE
We are currently looking for a motivated, and target-driven individual to join our Supply Team in London as Therapist partner Support Agent. The role is on contract-basis with initial duration of 2-4 months, 5 days per week.
Our Supply team are an extremely important part of our business - from attracting potential therapists, to ensuring qualifications and documents are in place, and conducting trade tests.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing Therapist partners qualification and screening calls
- Organising and handling Therapist performance advice and support calls
- Handling incoming enquiries by phone and email
- Reporting on KPIs and target
- Maintaining operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
