A small but established IT business is looking for a self-motivated, experienced IT technician to provide additional cover for both planned and reactive support. Typical monthly requirement will be between 30 and 100 hours.
You will have several years experience of end-user support on assorted desk-top systems, including Windows 7 upwards and MacOS. You will also have some experience of administration of email services, including Exchange Server.
You will be working on-site at our customers for at least 60% of the cover - so we do need you to be presentable and have good inter-personal skills at all levels. The remainder of the time, you will be working remotely or on the telephone, so excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are absolutely essential.
