A great opportunity for a Gerber Pattern Cutter to work on a freelance basis and work with Premium, Luxury and High End Designers located in London.We are looking for someone who will be working across multiple product categories and seasons throughout the calendar year, developing, fitting and finalising to go into production. Responsibilities:
Creating first patterns on the Gerber system. Ensuring each pattern is carried through from designers sketch to final pattern Sign off work completely prior to production in line with amendments Working from tech packs of comments and following each action point to finalise the pattern for production Working closely with in house teams, communicating clearly and ensuring patterns achieve the desired finishing spec.
Required Skills:
Available 2 – 5 days per week Gerber trained with 2 years minimum experience Excellent understanding of fit and construction from a development and factory perspective experience of working within Microsoft Office programs Excellent time management and organisational skills Grading/ Costing is a desirable skill.
