We are always looking for amazing people to join our crew - it takes a special person to do this job and to do it the Connection Crew way. Our crew is made up of talented, focused and passionate individuals who take pride in setting up our clients’ events smoothly, safely and successfully.
Whether you’re experienced or new to the industry – if you’re bright, polite and physically fit then you could thrive at Connection Crew.
The events we support are mostly in and around London but not exclusively. As a member of our crew you could be providing Audio-visual support for a corporate conference, rigging or building sets and stages for a theatrical festival, loading and unloading at a sporting event, or setting up a PR stunt or experience for a leading brand – no two weeks’ are the same.
The hours can be long and unsociable, and we can guarantee that carrying steel deck for several hours or so can be testing to even the fittest of crew members. But, we know that for the right crew member, that’s just a good recipe for job satisfaction.
We don’t do crewing by numbers – if you’re dedicated and determined then we’ll find you’re your personal strengths: physical, intellectual, organisational, technical. Then we give you the right support or training so that you can support your studies or develop and grow through the industry.
Interested? Email us your CV with a short cover note. If your application stands out, you will be invited to an interview for us to find out more about you, and what you can bring to Connection Crew.
If you impress us (bringing food often helps), you will then take the next steps onto our induction and basic safety training, aimed to ensure you can make it through the work day safely.
