Temptribe is a staffing supplier to the hospitality, conference and events industry. Founded by two Aussies in 2007, the business is at its core a passionate, quirky, people company.
We provide thousands of fantastic temporary staff members daily to a multitude of London’s top 5* hotels, sports stadiums, PR agencies, global brands and production companies.

The Role
We are looking for someone highly competitive, driven by targets and ready to hit the ground running with a very exciting base salary/commission structure.
The role will be 2-3 days per week, working both remotely from home and our member’s club in Shoreditch, as well as in the office in Angel.
Tasks will include but not limited to:
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organisation.
Cold call as appropriate within the London area, to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s Sales Director.
Plan approaches and pitches.
Participate in pricing the solution/service.
Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
Driving new business to achieve quarterly growth targets.
Demonstrating return on investment through value led conversations.
Networking
Analysing your own performance and using your own initiative.
The Perfect Candidate
Highly Competitive
Extremely motivated by targets and KPI’s
Comfortable cold calling anyone!
Fierce and fast approach to sales
Persistent, with a positive attitude
Strong presentation skills are also desirable.
Sales experience not required if you have the attitude we’re looking for.
The Pay
Would you like to earn a full week’s wage in only 2-3 days? It’s possible here!
A daily base rate of £80.00 + an aggressive commission plan has been put in place.
Working 2 days per week and hitting targets could see you earn a 6 figure salary pro-rated!
Our expectation would be that an average team member should achieve circa £40-£45k working only 40-60% of the week.
