The job in a nutshell:
The purpose of the job will be to develop sources of quality franchise candidates and assist them through the process of purchasing a franchise.
The Role of Franchise Recruitment Professional:
You will be the face of Fantastic Services for prospective franchise candidates.
Your main duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Continuously growing and developing sources for attracting potential franchisees.
- Identifying quality candidates and help them through the process of purchasing and establishing their franchise.
- Finalising the franchise package and agreement with the candidate and working with related teams
- Planning for exhibiting at exhibitions, conferences and industry events where opportunities exist to present the franchise operation.
- Focus on achieving targets set by your team leader and efficiently managing your time
Requirements of Franchise Recruitment Professional :
- Confidence and great communication skills.
- Socials skills to instantly build a rapport with a wide variety of people.
- Proven sales record including cold calling, field sales in and around London and the M25.
- Excellent presentations skills and fluent Polish/Romanian speaker.
- The ability to create and sustain long term working relationships.
- Deadlines and target focused.
- Three days a week field based and two days a week office based
