Franchise Operations Manager (Quality Audit) - Hotel Group Based in London Salary: GBP30k + bonus, pension and perks50% Administration - office based50% field based - Auditing and support to Franchisees International Travel involved Our client is a dynamic Hotel business currently expanding throughout major cities.We are looking for a dynamic Franchise Operations Manager to join the senior team and support development of the Group.The role will be focused on* Quality and compliance auditing* Mystery shopper to all the Franchisees* Producing reports and analysis* Highlighting weaknesses and proposing solutions* Support the Franchisees in improving performance The Ideal profile:* Previous experience as Auditor / Quality Manager / Franchise Operations Manager for a Hospitality Group* Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages a bonus* Multi-Site experience is a must* International branded Hotel experience is a must* Mobile and flexible to travel as business requires* Passionate, with a hands-on approach* Has a personal commitment to hospitality, customer service and quality* Strong organisation and administration skills.
