The Venue
Foundation Bar is a unique venue in the heart of Covent Garden. Known as the ‘Underground Playground’, it is renowned for its selection of unique cocktails and fantastic bar snacks.
Foundation is part of Novus who own and operate London's biggest and busiest venues as well as the Tiger Tiger brand across the UK’s top cities.
Foundation Bar are looking for a Senior Chef to prepare and present bar food, bar snacks and platters and to support the General Manager in Health and Safety, Food Safety and stock control. The Senior Chef will work with a small team of chefs and be supported in their duties by the Head of Food.
