We have an exciting Full Time Flexible Hours opportunity to build a career with one of the independent Retail Foreign Exchange companies. We are a Customer focused Bureau De Change. If you are really good at Customer Services and Sales, this is a great opportunity for you. The role involves Customer service and Sales. Your Customers will be Tourists visiting London and the local Customers travelling abroad who need to change Currencies.
As Sales Consultant you will be
Exchanging Foreign Currency Bank Notes (Buying and Selling)
Provide a very good Customer service to the Walk- in Customers
Process Western Union Transactions
Follow compliance Procedures
Run Daily Reports and perform other sales related duties
Be able to work on your own and be prepared to work weekends
Be able to do work shifts covering 7 days a week starting as early as 8:00 or finishing as late as 11:00
Willing to go under CRB check
The Successful Candidate must
Possess 5 GCSE’s or equivalent including English and Maths at Grade C or above
Have Excellent Communication Skills
Have Good Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills
Sales and Customer service skills
Self Motivated and Energetic
Must provide 2 references.
