Community Gastro pub is seeking an enthusiastic Commis Chef to join our small but productive team.
As a Commis Chef you will be responsible for carrying out kitchen food preparations, including preparing sauces, pickles, vegetables and batch cooking and following health and safety and food safety procedures.
For the Commis Chef role the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing mise en place for the Chefs and assisting them in producing outstanding and creative dishes, using fresh local ingredients and innovative recipes to wow our guests.
