Salary: starting at £26 000 per annum  +  paid overtime.

The successful candidate must be a motivated team-player with a real passion for food. The position involves food preparation, cooking on the line during service, and running a section efficiently and productively alongside our brigade of talented chefs.
Executive Chef and co-owner, New Zealander Peter Gordon and his team will teach the successful candidate the intricacies of Modern European and Fusion Cuisines with various culinary influences.
We cook with the best local produce and combine it with global flavours and ingredients from South East Asia, Japan, the Middle East, India, Australia and New Zealand. Our reputation relies on a close-knit team of skilled chefs working together to create flavoursome and inspiring dishes.
