Kingston Town Football Club (KTFC) are looking to recruit more coaches to add to their existing team. The club runs teams in all age groups from U7's to U17's and plays in the Surrey Youth League. The club is growing, having recently been awarded FA Charter Standard Development Club status.
Coaches are allocated to a specific team. During the season. They will train with them on Saturday mornings at Grey Court School in Ham and then coach them at their matches on Sunday mornings.
We are ideally looking for coaches who hold their FA level 1 qualification, have experience of coaching children and have a positive and motivational approach to football. We will also consider coaches who are not yet qualified but either have previous experience or are working towards their qualification.
We also believe that it is important for coaches to have a positive and motivational approach to help the players develop their play and confidence.
In return, KTFC offer their coaches competitive rates of pay (£20 to £25 per 90 minute session depending on experience) for both training and attending matches and the chance to develop their skills and experience in a friendly and growing football club.
