Full Time Food Runner position available!
Hourly rate: £7.50 p/hr plus Tronc (approximately £1-£1.25 p/hr)
35 + hours per week
As a Food Runner at Cubitt House you will be responsible for assisting the kitchen brigade in the running of trays to the restaurant floor during service and assisting the kitchen with another duties which require to be completed.
This is an extremely physical job due to the stairs and the trays which are required to be carried, all applicants will need to be physically fit to be successful at this role.
The Job
Hours – 12pm till 9pm (5 shifts a week)
Uniform –You just need a pair of jeans, black shirt and black shoes
Location – Walking distance from Victoria station
Reporting to – Head Chef
Key duties:
To run food from the kitchen to all levels of the venue
To work as part of the kitchen team
To follow directions given by the Senior Chefs and Head Kitchen Porter
Possess a good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
experience working in a kitchen environment
