We are looking for a food runner to join our dynamic team at Tramshed, Mark Hix's restaurant in Shoreditch.Set in the famous grade-2 listed Tramshed building on Garden Walk and Rivington Street, with a Damian Hirst Cock 'n Bull installation overlooking the restaurant, the concept is brilliantly simple: seasonal starters to share and either whole roast chicken or steak to follow. To match this we offer an extensive wine list and seasonal cocktails. This particular role includes a combination of food running, glass and cutlery polishing and other duties that support the running of the kitchen and front of house.It is a demanding role in a 200 cover restaurant so a good command of English essential.We are offering both full and part time role.
