What does the role entail?
The Store Manager will be overall responsible for the performance and running of the shop and the team, ensuring the growth of the business through increasing sales, controlling costs and delivering profit. The Store Manager will also be responsible for developing and leading the shop team in order to build a loyal customer base.
What are We are looking for?
The ideal candidate for this fantastic opportunity as a Store Manager role will portray the following skills and attributes:

Have experience of being Store Manager in a very hands on environment.
Have experience in a customer focused role.
Be flexible as working hours will be required with a working week typically around 42 hours.

As a store manager, you could earn between £23,000 - £28,000 depending on experience. You would also be entitled to a 20% discount on all products, have holiday entitlement of 28 days including bank holidays.
