Kanada Ya is a Japanese restaurant brand specialising in Tonkotsu ramen, a delicious noodle soup made with wholesome ingredients and prepared with love.
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join the team at our central production kitchen in Greenford as a Food Production Assistant.
Along with food preparation, you will be expected to carry out general kitchen duties such as cleaning, washing up and unloading and loading of deliveries. In particular attention should be paid to the maintenance of our Food Safety Policy and HAACP systems to ensure the highest quality of food production.
Given the nature of our products, the job will involve some heavy lifting (between 15-25kg) and so candidates should be physically fit.
Working hours:
We are looking for someone to work on a shift basis to support our business between either 8am to 3pm to 8am to 8pm five days per week.
We provide you with full uniform including safefty shoes. Also please note will pay on monthly basis.
We are looking for people with:
•High level of stamina for working in the kitchen
•Good level of spoken and written English
•Fully flexible
•experience in Japanese food preparation is an advantage but not essential as Training will be provided for successful candidates. Previous food related experience necessary.
A trial shift will be required. Please apply if you are willing to do 2 hours trial shift
