We are fast growing healthy food business based in Kingston, London area. Due to fast business expansion, we would like to recruit food packaging operative, mainly including splitting bulk packaging to retail packaging, some despatching job, and cleaning and tidying up work etc.
Working hours: 9AM to 6PM, Monday to Friday. Saturday is optional. There is half hour lunch break, and tea/coffee break in the morning and afternoon.
The starting salary is:
- if working 5 days a week, gross salary (including tax) £17,680 per annum
- if working 6 days a week, gross salary (including tax) £21,216 per annum
The probation period is 3 months. If the employee Settles down and his/her skills improves, then we will increase her/his salary after the probation period. Then after another 3 or 4 months, if his/her skills continues improving and she/he likes the job, it is possible for another salary increase.
Benefits: 20 days paid holiday, and 8 UK public holidays
Pensions: if the employee wishes, we can help setup pension system, and the company will contribute to the pension according to the UK employment law.
Previous working experience in factory or cleaning firsts will be a bonus to this application. Successful candidates need to be a quick learner, efficient and a hard working person.
