You will be assisting the Managing Director to drive the business to industry leading standards and beyond. You will need to take pride in getting things running perfectly, but will also have opportunity to develop your skills in any fields of your choosing, from marketing to accounting, and ultimately specialise or progress in a broader management capacity. Full training will be given, although this will suit someone who really wants to take ownership of and push their own personal development.
Your job
• Assisting the Managing Director with all aspects of running the company, including but not limited to:
• Marketing: campaigns and analytics
• Operations: updating spreadsheets and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Buying: placing orders with our suppliers
• Human Resources : dealing with staffing issues (and covering in store occasionally)
• Ecommerce: all aspects of online trading
• Finance: book keeping and accounts
Desirable for this role
• Knowledge/experience of any of the aforementioned fields a bonus
• Drive and a desire to progress and do things to an exceptionally high standard
• Excellent English
• The ability to work autonomously and see things through to completion
