Food and Beverage Trainee role overview:

The ideal Food and Beverage Trainee will have a passion for providing outstanding guest service and display excellence in personal grooming and presentation.
You will also be responsible for the mise-en-place and table set up before service and the speedy delivery of the food during service.
Barista training will be provided in-house and you must be at ease organizing teas and coffees at the highest standards.
As it is a fast paced environment, you must be prepared to show anticipation at every moment during the service and provide outstanding service while dealing with your day-to-day tasks.
As you will be working in a sublime location, with high expectations from your guest, you must be willing to learn our hotel’s history and be able to display good product knowledge.
The Food and Beverage Trainee role is the most junior entry in our Food and Beverage outlets, therefore the ideal candidate would be open minded and have a real can-do attitude, while learning the basics of an outstanding service.
