Overview
 General Manager needed for Restaurant Coffee Bar and Hospitality with busy Bars on Match days   Prestigious Football Club
 Looking for candidate with proven experience of managing a restaurant and high volume Bar and evening events
 Hands on team player
 Ability to nurture and develop our team
 Strong financial acumen
 Ability to multi task and experience of project management is preferred but not essential
 You will be responsible for ensuring an efficient and profitable Business , meeting the requirements of the Football Club growing strong relationships with customers and maximising the efficiency of all resources available.

Job Description and Duties
 Ensure the correct staffing structure is on board to provide the quality service required by Business
 Ensure that team building is effective to meet the requirements by use of reviews and target setting on a monthly basis and ensuring action is carried out.
 promotion of staff requirements, this includes operations meetings.
 Ensure that a fair and justified action plan is carried out on all staff to the betterment of the Business.
 .
 Ensure that budgeted financial requirements are fulfilled to including completion of monthly analysis of figures.
 Ensure that all policies, procedural requirements and legislation of the company are adhered to in order to promote a professional and forward approach at all times.
 Ensure that administration is maintained to the highest standards on a consistent basis.
 Ensure all time schedules are achieved when required.
 To assist in maintaining all legal health, hygiene and safety records.
 Ensure that the above skills are used to provide an efficient, quality and financially beneficial service to the business.
 Offer a pro-active style of management to maintain the company reputation.
 Ensure that staff are able to relate to current policies and procedures to ensure quality service and ownership of tasks.
 Ensure that staff are committed to their job roles to provide a consistent high quality service.
 To assist with the development of company and self to ensure continuous pro-active progression.
