We are looking for an exceptional F and B Assistant to deliver excellent customer service; ensuring all our guests and members have a great Second Home experience at our new West London site in Holland Park.
Reporting to the FOH Manager, you will be responsible for working in all F and B areas as required to deliver an excellent guest and member experience. You could be busy setting up one of the F and B station on a floor, then asked to setup or reset a meeting room the next, whilst checking all the other F and B areas are clean and tidy. Welcoming guests and members in a polite and friendly manner is what you do best, whilst maintaining good working relationships with everyone at Second Home.
To be successful in this role, you must demonstrate a real passion for providing excellent customer service. Previous hospitality experience would be desirable, and strong written and verbal communication skills is a must. Due to the nature of the role, you must be comfortable with manual handling tasks as some heavy lifting will be required.
This is a Monday to Friday position (some late evenings maybe required for events).
