Skylark is the park café in the centre of beautiful Wandsworth Common. We are a large café serving an affluent and sophisticated customer base. We have seating for 110 inside, in the conservatory and on our sun terrace and a large takeaway business.
We are looking for full time supervisor to join our team, there is the opportunity to progress depending on performance. You must have the following:

Prior experience working front of house in a busy bar or café (prior supervisor experience is a big plus!)
Availability to work midweek and both days at the weekend starting as soon as possible !
A happy and positive disposition and a lot of energy - we get very busy!
Great communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
An ability to learn fast and a good attention to detail.
experience making coffee is preferable but not essential.

Your duties will include:

Supporting the Manager and Assistant Manager in the day-to-day operation.
Leading the shift and responsibility of the FOH staff.
Working on the floor and behind coffee machine, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction!
