Summary:

Nanny position – Long term commitment preferred (12 months minimum)

The ideal candidate will be caring, friendly and flexible and it is important that you are a self-starter who is organized.

We are looking for a reliable and caring German Nanny to care for our 2 year old daughter to start after March 2022. The job will be a full time permanent role of 1 to 2 days per week and on a live-out basis. The flexibility to occasionally babysit evenings would also be vital (covered at an additional rate).
Native German speaker preferred but fluent French speakers would also be welcome. The ability to prepare meals, run small errands and do some light housework for our daughter on those days would be expected (family related housework will not be necessary).
We are a professional couple of mixed parentage based in Fulham, London. My husband is of German and English decent and we are looking for a German Nanny primarily (although Fluent French speakers would be considered) who can develop and encourage our child’s German/French language development. Fluency in English is a must.
Requirements are you must love children and have a kind and gentle manner that encourages the best in children. Your days will be spent caring for a wonderful little girl who is into arts and crafts, music and playground visits. So you will also need to be able to be active and enjoy play and understand the importance of developing her imagination and linguistic skills.
The family are prepared to offer a competitive salary and to apply you will need to have recent references from families.
