Floor Supervisor
We are currently looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor to join the Housekeeping department within a company offering fantastic growth and development opportunities. As a Floor Supervisor you will support the Assistant Executive Housekeeper in coordinating the Housekeeping operations and maintain high standards.
The Rubens at the Palace Hotel is a stunning four star deluxe property located in the heart of London’s Victoria. This wonderful hotel features 161 individually designed bedrooms and Suites, an established bar and lounge, two restaurants- one having a 2AA Rosette and 9 function rooms where we are offering our guests a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.
Key responsibilities of the Floor Supervisor will include:
• Ensuring that the rooms and public areas are cleaned to company standards
• Ensuring that the department’s operational budget is adhered to and controlled
• Supervising Room Attendants and Porters on the allocated floor
• Working closely with Maintenance and Reception
• Assisting with administrative tasks
This is a fulltime position with early or late shifts between Monday and Sunday.
The ideal candidate for the Floor Supervisor position should:
• Have previous experience in a similar role
• Have great attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Have a friendly, bubbly and flexible attitude
• Be organised whilst working well under pressure
• Communicate effectively in English
