As a high volume, high quality hospitality venue, we are looking for a Floor Supervisor, Servers and Busser to join our team who have a genuine passion for customer service, an infectious personality, are full of positive energy and looking to work in a fun and experiential environment.
Working within the Floor Service Department at Swingers, you are at the forefront of our guest experience and will be delivering awesome street food from our three vendors  and fantastic cocktails to our guests - both at tables and in the large number of private events that we cater for.
As we are a busy venue you must have the skills and experience to deliver consistent and exceptional customer service without missing a beat.
We pride ourselves in exceeding our guests expectation every time and your service skills must be complemented by your hard work ethic, impeccable attention to detail and cleanliness, professional attitude and extensive product and menu knowledge.
What we expect from you:
-  experience as a Server in busy hospitality environments.
(For supervisor role you must have experience working in a high capacity venue in a supervisory role)
-  A fun, infectious and outgoing personality with a genuine love for customer service.
-  Naturally hard working with a positive attitude to teamwork and your colleagues.
-  Must be able to speak and understand the English language at a good level.
