It serves delicious, comforting dishes, using some of the best produce around, and somewhere you can pop in for poached eggs, bring the family at the weekend, or kick back with a coffee and the paper.

In your role you will…
·Assist the management team in restaurant opening, operation and closing to the required standards.
·Resolve all guest queries with enthusiasm and in a prompt manner.
·Take payments and dealing with cash.
·Have a pro-active view towards promotions and sales and up selling and to be involved in coaching and training the team in suggestive selling skills.
·Act as a role model for all new talent joining the business, specifically acting as a guide and mentor.
