Living in Italy, brothers Matteo and Salvatore ate their fair share of late-night pizzas, but they craved one that was mega tasty, easy to digest, in a beautiful restaurant. So they started Berberè Pizzeria in Bologna in 2010. Many years later, together with their friend Emma, they brought their sourdough to London (literally!) and made Radio Alice pizzeria. Every day we make from scratch; 24 hour sourdough pizza, from organic stoneground flour, seasonal ingredients, sliced to share.
We are now looking for the best Supervisor to learn, thrive and help us grow big and strong.

We’re looking for a supervisor who is:

Warm and friendly
Attentive and can anticipate our customers’ needs.
Unflappable and will always find a solution.
Respectful
Legally able to work in the UK.
