We source, roast and serve the best coffee possible, and our Clerkenwell cafe combines that with a desire to offer tasty, seasonal food from early morning into the evening.
The most vital part of any role is making sure our customers have an excellent experience every time they visit, offering service that is warm, friendly and well-informed. Our floor team work closely with the bar and kitchen, and will also turn their hand to making batch-brewed filter coffee and cocktails.
WORKSHOP FLOOR STAFF MUST:
Familiarise themselves with the ever changing coffee and food offering
Offer proactive and pre-emptive service
Want to turn every customer into a regular
Make sure everyone’s water glass is full
Keep the dishes area clean, tidy and organised at all times
Makes someone’s day
Happily clean toilets
