The Smokehouse is a renowned and critically acclaimed restaurant based in Islington serving smoked meat and BBQ.

We believe in our product and buy meat direct from the farm and butcher it on site, we receive our fish from small day boats from the south coast of England and only use the best produce available.

We serve a wide selection of great British and European Beers/Ales as well as specialised wines bought only from family run vineyards.

The Smokehouse is part of Noble Inns, a young and growing restaurant and pub group that includes The Princess of Shoreditch, The Pig and Butcher and Bad Egg.

We are looking for experienced and passionate part-time waiting staff to join an fantastic team. The hours will be mainly over the weekend and occasionally on weekdays evening.
