A bit about us
Grind is a group of Restaurants, Bars and Coffee Shops with unique character and we’re growing fast! We now have 9 amazing sites across Central and East London, each smashing out coffee, cocktails and food day to night, and last year we opened our own roastery and training lab in Shoreditch. The atmosphere in Grind is fast-paced and vibrant, with strong emphasis on quality and always the best service. So if you have buckets of energy, a passion for amazing coffee, cocktails, food and customer service then we want to hear from you!

The role
We are looking for some passionate and talented waiters and waitresses to join the floor team across our restaurant sites! As a member of the floor team you will be the face of the Grind, serving our customers with quality produce and with genuine care. We play the music loud, smashing out great coffee, food and cocktails and most importantly have fun doing it.
Being a part of the Grind family is demanding, but if you are up for the challenge our staff are highly valued, well rewarded and as a growing business there will lots of room for growth and development. Floor staff will be paid up to £10ph dependent on experience and will have a chance to go through our extensive coffee and cocktail training where you will learn everything you need to know to have an amazing time working for us!
