The Role.
- Reporting into the Restaurant Manager, you will manage and oversee all aspects of the day to day management of the Restaurant on level 37, ensuring that the team deliver the rhubarb product in quality, consistency and presentation.
- You will be managing a team of up to 20, ensuring the highest level of service for up to 200 covers per day.
- The ideal candidate will have proven themselves in a Michelin or Rosette restaurant, or 5* hotel, and be ready to take on their first high end, fine dining management role.

- Candidates will need to have proven experience within a fine dining (Michelin*, 2AA Rosette or 5* hotel) and the highest service standards.
- Ideally a proven Floor Manager, however a Head Waiter or Senior Chef de Rang would be considered.
- Immaculate presentation, bags of personality, market knowledge and drive and ambition are a must
