Floor Manager / Maitre’D – 5 Shifts a week with no late nights
Monday – Saturday 8.30am – 6pm
Sunday 11.00 am – 6pm

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Floor Manager / Maitre’D to join the team in Bond Street Kitchen at Fenwick of Bond Street, serving modern British cuisine to Rosette standards.
Situated on the second floor of Fenwick of Bond Street our shoppers, local residents and business people are able to choose from a delicious menu of Brunch, Lunch, Afternoon Tea and Dinner.
Offering flavoursome, original and inspiring dishes, you will be responsible for producing delicious, fresh and contemporary dishes across all menus, using the freshest of ingredients.
The ideal candidate will have the following:
• At least 2 years management experience in a fine dining environment
• Takes real pride and passion in all they do.
• Shows a genuine passion for delivering and exceeding our Bond Street guest service expectations
• Are able to provide clear direction to the floor and run a seamless and efficient service
• Is able to run the restaurant in the absence of senior management
• A hand- on positive approach to work and to the team
• High standards of Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
