We are looking for a Floor Manager to work mainly afternoons and evenings - but also days - in marble-clad, bustling Canada Water Cafe.
If you have existing Supervisor experience - or are currently a Head Waiter looking to progress - then this may be the opening for you.
We are located right by Canada Water station on the Jubilee Line and Overground - so getting to work is no problem!
About The Role
We are looking for someone with charisma and a strong service ethos - as well as the potential to be part of our management team. We will give you training in our Fourth and FNB Manager systems and help you develop your management skills.
As Floor Manager you will be ambitious and looking to develop your career into management and be part of the management team. You will need to be available both evenings and weekends. Although a cafe by name we are a restaurant aiming to at demanding service standards.
Key requirements for the role are:
- A warm personality and real love for interacting with customers
- Knowing what good service is and driving great work from our team
- Having charisma and being great with customers
- Able to take on management responsibility for specific areas
- Prepared to be hands on and quick on your feet as we can get very busy
- Knowledge of great service and high standards
Hours Of Work
Total hours are 45 per week
Salary / Benefits
We are offering a salary of £30,000 plus bonus worth £2,400 per year. There is also a high quality meal with every shift and clothing allowance.
