Ensures that clients receive quality service by providing work direction for Food and Beverage team members.

Maintains a thorough working knowledge of food and beverage menus, to be able to advise guests on selection and promote additional sales accordingly.
Supervises team, verifying that their workstations are stocked neat and orderly.
Ensures that food and beverage outlets are ready for clients by checking overall condition of areas on a regular basis.
Ensures that all Food and Beverage areas are in a neat and orderly condition at all times.
Provides clients with quality service by monitoring staff assignments and responsiveness.
Performs all service duties of the food and beverage outlets.
Coaches staff to achieve departmental revenue goals.
