Floor Manager - Italian Speaking £20k plus bonuses Corus Consultancy are looking for a Floor Manager who speaks fluent Italian for our client in Central London. This is a permanent position within a restaurant and has a requirement to start working with this popular and vibrant restaurant / Bar immediately. What you will be doing Our client is looking for the next generation of floor manager; a passionate and talented individual to lead their energetic location. Our client serves fresh, seasonal produce, alongside their specialist wines.As Floor Manager you will be able to demonstrate a good all around approach to running a fast-paced restaurant floor managing between the floor and the Kitchen. Ideally our client is looking for someone who can keep their cool, develop their team around them and, most importantly, make sure the customers and team have fun!Managing a team of up to 25 staff and overseeing the lunch/ Brunch then cocktails and a busy dinner service by night.
