Flight Coordinator - Middlesex - GBP18,000 pa + Excellent Company Benefits, Training and Progression!We are currently recruiting for one of the largest Airline Catering companies in the world, supporting them in recruiting a Flight Coordinator to join their ever-growing and successful business.As a Flight Coordinator you will be responsible for maintaining high company standards at all times and providing exceptional customer service, all whilst managing the safe transition of their catering products from production to aeroplane.You will be an exceptional brand representative for the business, ensuring you are taking proactive steps to expand your own personal skills and knowledge, and continue to improve in all aspects including technical and leadership.The ideal Flight Coordinator will be passionate, ambitious and independent. You must have great attention to detail and come from a background in customer service, being able to present yourself impeccably. The company offers a full training and development programme. experience of working in, or an interest in the airport environment is desirable, as well as knowledge of aircrafts and galley loading.As a Flight Coordinator will be Earing a basic salary of 18k to start, increasing to 20k after 4 month probationary period. After 12 months, based on performance, your basic salary can increase up to 23k. Contracted hours are 40 per week on a shift basis.
