Are you looking for a Human Resources role in a fun but professional environment? Can you start immediately?
We’re looking for a passionate Human Resources Administrator to join a busy team. You will be a confident self-starter with great attention to detail. The purpose of the Human Resources administrator role will be to ensure that the payroll is completed correctly and in a timely fashion. Administer and submit weekly staff operational hours correctly in order to facilitate client invoicing.
You will handle the upkeep of all Human Resources changes to the database, as well as dealing with internal customers in confident and professional manner. Part of the role will encompass the introduction of new staff contracts and business process specifically with regards to Human Resources and Administration.
You must have:
Excellent communication skills – listening and speaking.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
experience in taking minutes in ER meetings
A good working knowledge of excel
Previous payroll/ knowledge of HMRC legislation
Location: Wembley Park
Salary: £10phr
Start Date: as soon as possible
Working Requirements:
Part time - must be available to work on Monday from 9:30 – 12:30 and a further 6-12 hours which can be spread over the week (flexible)
