Simply Car is a new car club launched a few month ago in Paris and now coming to London!
We will provide brand new cars, available for one day to one month rentals at affordable price. Our cars will be spread around London (mainly zone 2 SW and NE) so they live close to anyone whom might need one. All bookings will be made online and all check-ins and check-outs will be made in seconds though smartphone (think Zip Car). Customer service will be managed managed online and over the phone.
On the 26th of October, we will welcome our first 60 cars and launch Simply Car London.
The Fleet Manager executive’s role is:
1.Make sure cars are all in good condition and can be rented
2.Move car around London to make sure they are always parked in relevant areas
3.Manager all claims (taking picture of the damage, driving the car to the garage if needed, sending the relevant documents to relevant parties, etc.)
4.Manage Relationship with service providers (car cleaner, leasing company, garages, etc.)
5.Manage customer relation in case of emergency
This position may evolve into an actual management position as the company grows
The Fleet Manager executive will ideally be
- Organized, Committed, Quick, accurate and flexible
- Happy to work in a very small team but fast growing Startup
- Self-reliant in his work
- Speak very good English (if not native)
Please note that this job requires both time on the computer and on the field.
