Do you take pride in your organisational skills?Our client is a leading, established provider of professional chauffeur service who pride themselves on their first-class service and confidentiality. They are seeking a Fleet Controller for their office based in Heathrow to provide full operational and office management to the business. Main duties include:

Taking reservations from clients via telephone and email.
Allocating all reservations to appropriate drivers.
Preparing a programme of work for the drivers and adjusting this based on operational requirement where necessary.
This role would suit someone who has worked in a similar industry and is seeking a new challenge or someone who has excellent customer service experience and is seeking a change.
Due to operational requirements, the successful candidate may on occasion be required to conduct some driving duties to assist with a busy workload so a valid PCO driving licence would be an advantage but is likely to become essential in the future, however practical assistance will be provided.
Essential skills required:

Excellent knowledge of the road system within and adjacent to the M25
Good working knowledge of private airports.
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
First rate customer service skills
Meticulous attention to detail
Good IT skills
The ability to use own initiative The ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
