Flair Barista - Darwin Brasserie at The Sky Garden
An exciting opportunity to join the ever-growing, dynamic food company, rhubarb. The Sky Garden sits at the top of the iconic Walkie Talkie building, on 20 Fenchurch Street, and houses 2 restaurants, 2 bars and stunning event spaces.
We are now looking for a dynamic Flair Barista with excellent 'Latte-Art' skills to join us and assist the team in providing a world class Bar experience in our spectacular Darwin Brasserie.
Job role
Working as a flair barista, you will need to provide our guests with amazing coffee, creating beautiful latte art.
As Barista you will demonstrate an in depth knowledge of all beverages which will enable you to answer customer queries with confidence.
Be attentive to all guests’ arriving and ensure they are met with a friendly, professional approach adopting the service standards set.

Candidate profile
Your past working experience will desirably come from a fast paced high volume coffee environment, Knowledge of Micros till operation and understanding of the legal aspects of licensing
In line with rhubarb’s vision you will able to tailor specifically to a person’s needs and especially to those of our guests.
You will be an excellent team player, able to communicate at all levels and commit to sharing your knowledge and skills within our service and kitchen brigade.

Working 5 days out of 7 (mainly morning shifts)
£8.00 per hour
