The Site.
White City House is set to open this April at the old BBC headquarters in West London. The House will have three floors of club space, rooftop pool, two cinemas, a screening room, 24,000 sq ft gym and 45 bedrooms within the building’s original Grade-II listed central ring.
The Role…
Responsible for all services relating to the fitness areas ensuring KPI’s are met and outstanding customer service and member experiences are provided.
Responsibilities:

Ensure that the fitness teams continually provide a service level that meets or exceeds the company service standards and member’s expectations.
Ensure all members are offered a club induction, programme and that appointment fulfillment is maximized.
Effectively manage team performance, setting targets, giving feedback, developing and supporting team members to ensure the Soho House Ethos, operating procedures and ways of working are embedded and that the KPI’s are met.
Effectively manage the department budget ensuring no overspend including ordering any required equipment and supplies to maintain club service standards.
Manage the seamless operation of the fitness areas ensuring there is one PTI to supervise the club at all times and that the PTIs are Rota’d appropriately to meet member demand.
Ensure scheduled fitness services are correctly reflected in the booking system and fulfilled at all times.
Attend meetings and contribute to club and company strategy, sharing best practice and contributing ideas to further enhance the member experience.
Ensure team members are fully briefed on any new services, promotions, or changes within the club.
