Our client is one of the largest and most successful educational and sporting institutions in the UK. They are currently looking to recruit for the new position of Fitness and Wellbeing Officer/Manager to join their forward thinking and progressive team.

Based at their South Kensington Campus and reporting to the Sports Development Manager, the post holder will be responsible for planning and delivering a series of events and long term programs to engage students, staff (and where appropriate local community partners) in sport and physical activity as part of the wider wellbeing agenda.

he successful candidate will line manage the Active Lifestyles Team, (six members of staff) to deliver physical activity based interventions across the organisations facilities and all campuses and
sites.
You will also be a key point of contact both internally and externally for the development of opportunities around improving wellbeing in line with the sport strategy and explore opportunities to secure additional resource to support this goal
To be considered for this post you must have extensive experience of working within a fast-paced, multi-site environment and have experience of effectively managing and providing leadership for staff.
The post is full time (a minimum of 35 hours per week) and you will be required to work on a 5 over 7 day basis covering a variety of shifts to support the business requirements.
