We will be launching our dinner service and are looking for hosts/ess with previous experience working in a high level fast paced restaurant. We need host/ess who can think of their feet use initiative when a booking system fails and can juggle different things at the same time. We use Res-Diary for our bookings system so experience in Res-Diary or something similar is a must
You must have a fantastic, sassy personality, but a polite and friendly telephone manner and be IT literate as you will be managing our bookings
You must be presentable as you will be the first and last person people see upon entering/leaving the restaurant. 
We offer a competitive hourly wage plus a share of the tronc for the right candidates.
