Excellent Communication skills in English;
Previous experience of the same or similar roles (you must be able to provide references);
experience in Directors Dining;
Good knowledge of Food, Cuisines and Wines;

Passion and enthusiasm for Service;
Excellent Customer Service and Waiting skills combined with Polite Manners;
Immaculate presentation and personal grooming and personal hygiene;
