Ideally you will have Bloomberg experience, process or work flow experience, advanced Excel and have managed a small finance team.
Key responsibilities:
Continuous testing and development of the custom-built trading operations software
Establishing process and workflows for the finance team
Day to day management of the finance assistants (currently two members) whose tasks involve:
Trade settlement calculations
Ensuring trades are settled efficiently
FX transfers
Asset procurement
Monthly invoicing of clients (Xero)
Maintenance of pricing models (Excel)
Creation of new pricing models as new clients are on-boarded (Excel)
Weekly sales reporting
Monthly management account reporting (Xero)
Accounting for SPVs and PLCs
Daily reconciliation of bank accounts (Xero)
Daily reconciliation of broker accounts
Liaising with accountants and auditors

45k-65k dependant on experience
