A great opportunity has arisen in our accounts department. We are construction company established in 1951 and based at Perivale. We are mainly dealing with bespoke staircase and structural steel.
We are looking for Financial Accountant who can run the accounts department of medium size company with one accounts assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Producing accurate monthly Financial accounts
- Bank reconciliation
- Preparing Sales invoices of large contracts
- Paying suppliers
- Paying sub-contractors every week
- Checking account assistant’s work
- Preparing VAT returns quarterly
- Providing Key performance information
- implement / improve internal processes and controls
- Cash flow management and Credit control
Essentials :
• Good maths and computer skills
• Analytical and logical problem solving skills
• Good on excel
• Good attention to detail
• Team-working skills
