Finance and Administration Manager opening in the London office of an international systems and process solutions company which is a leader in its field. Your role will be to look after all the bookkeeping and accounts of this £3m turnover business.

The Role
The finance and administration manager will be responsible for all accounting, bookkeeping and administration for the London office. The key objectives of this role are maintaining the integrity of the company’s financial records, which includes accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank and other reconciliations up to trail balance.
Responsibilities include supervising, supporting and training the accounts assistant, setting up and controlling new projects, client invoicing, payroll processing and with support from the UK accountants, preparing management accounts and group reporting package information to Group Head Office in Europe monthly, quarterly and annually.
Other duties, also supported by the UK accountants will include preparation of information for quarterly VAT returns, budgeting and forecasting, and cash flow forecasting and controlling
This pivotal role reports to the Europe based Group CFO who will support and develop the finance and administration manager so they can expand their knowledge and learn new skills.
The person
To be considered for this finance manager role, you will be a self-starter who relishes a challenge and possess the following qualifications skills and experience:
• Qualified, part-qualified or qualified by experience.
• Accounting experience at least up to management accounts
• International and group company environment experience
• Payroll experience
• experience with Microsoft Excel.
• Good management and communication skills
• Ambitious to take on more responsibility as the company expands in the UK.
• Able to travel to Europe and US occasionally.
• Keen to learn and develop.
• Happy to look after general administration
